At RTJ Personal Care Services, we don't believe in one-size-fits-all care. Every client receives a personalized care plan—thoughtfully crafted to reflect their individual needs, preferences, and goals. We take it a step further by having an administrator or care coordinator personally initiate services during the first 2–5 days. This hands-on approach allows us to observe, connect, and fine-tune the care plan before the assigned caregiver begins regular support, ensuring the highest level of attentiveness and understanding.
